Melissa's career is built on a deep understanding of development and high-stakes real estate strategy, giving her clients a distinct advantage. Early in her career, she was a Top Performer in new construction sales for major home builders like Pulte Homes and Ivory Homes. She then spent several years mastering the complexities of the luxury resale market before moving into a leadership role as the Vice President of Developments at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.
In this capacity, she was instrumental in growing the company into the top leader in the state for developer services, bringing in over forty branded condo hotel projects, single-family home communities, golf club communities and more, representing a sales and marketing volume of over $2.5 Billion dollars.
Melissa is consistently awarded a quarterly best performer at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty for helping luxury buyers and sellers with their real estate transactions.

Melissa is a graduate of Cornell University with a business degree focused on the Hospitality industry, where she studied the real estate development and design of hotels and spas amongst all other facets of the hospitality industry.
Community and Giving Back
Melissa's commitment extends beyond real estate to making a tangible difference in her community:
- Donation: Melissa donates 0.5% of her real estate commissions to Sotheby's Cares, Summit Sotheby's 501(c)3, which supports local Park City charities and specific non-profits. She also supports many other organizations outside of Sotheby’s Cares.
- Volunteerism: She volunteers monthly at the Youth Resource Center in Salt Lake City, preparing and serving meals to youth facing homelessness and loves to mentor and make a difference in the lives of young people.
When she’s not working with clients, Melissa enjoys the active Park City lifestyle, including hiking, biking, skiing with her family and trail running. She also enjoys writing, reading, and the arts in every form.
